Nice atmosphere. I enjoy a quiet breakfast. Food was good. The coffee was excellent. Waitstaff was friendly and took great care of me.

We love this place. If it’s your first time just know it can be confusing until you understand how the seating works. When you walk in for the first time you don’t know what to do. Do you wait or sit? You just need to know to find your own available table and a server will come take your order. The people are nice and the food is great. Especially if you love that old school country cookin!

Good old fashioned food is getting hard to find, and nobody does it better than The Midway Meal House. Big menu, and it's all good. Very reasonable prices and service that will make you feel at home. It's a pretty long ride from East Roswell, but there's nothing to compare with it any closer. Well worth the trip!

I'll have to be brutally honest. I went a few weeks ago with my family and the service wasn't good. Waiters are very on and off about giving good service. The food is great for sure, but the even the other customers were very rude. All in all, if you're looking for a good breakfast this place has it. If you're looking for good service you might not find it here

Fantastic food and service! Tried the biscuits and gravy, phenomenal is the only word. My coffee cup never went empty which is the mark of excellent service in my book. I would suggest anybody who wants a filling breakfast in a comfortable atmosphere to stop in and try them out. I'm glad I did.

Best place to eat in GA. Home cooked meals with hometown prices. Staff is so friendly. I brag to my friends/family in FL how we need to take a road trip up one Fri or Sat for their Carfish dish I can never finish.

The meatloaf and okra were good. The squash casserole was bland, but not horrible.

The food is good ole southern cooking. For our big family it can be expensive ( that why four stars,) There are 8 of us. But if it's just a couple of people , then it's the place to go!

In a burgeoning area, this place is surely a gem for great southern cooking. I had the country fried steak with mac and cheese, and it was delicious! I haven't had country fried steak since the days of Pofolks in central Georgia, and this really hit the spot. My wife had fried chicken that was made very well. Flavorful and juicy! This is a great comfort food restaurant in the middle of an area that's modernizing quickly.

Visited 9/8/2019 (Sunday) @ 9am. Fast, friendly service during a fairly busy time. Perfect portion of food for price. Great menu selection for breakfast.

We had 3 adults & 3 children, everyone enjoyed their meal. Prices were good for the portions & everyone thought the grits were yummy. I would choose this over cracker barrel any day of the week! Kids had pancakes, bacon, & biscuits. Adults had one egg plate, ham & cheese omelette, & the sunrise special. Biscuits were fluffy & large. Staff was attentive. We will be back for sure!

It feels like you are walking into Grandma's house, friendly staff, prompt service, and the down-home food is delicious. I had fried chicken breast, which is perfectly breaded, light, and flakey. Also had yellow squash casserole and fried okra. Banana pudding for dessert. Everything was 5 Star! Without a doubt, I will return.

This place reminds you of going to your granny's house on Sunday after church. It was great food and great service. I really enjoyed the southern food.

This was by far my favorite restaurant anywhere. Excellent homemade meals. Real prices and easy on your pocket book.Great service and she was very helpful with our first time there...highly recommended place for everyone.

They have the best chicken fajita omelet.. with fresh ingredients n their fried chicken is good too.

This place is just like eating at grandma's house with an excellent variety of entrees, vegetables, and delicious desserts (blackberry cobbler perfection)! The staff and prices are very good. I often drive 40 mins to meet family here for dinner, because it's difficult to find traditional American vegetables/entrees elsewhere around metro Atlanta.

HORRIBLE PLACE! came in with family for the breackfast. My 2 years old got car seek and trew up liyyle by the door way they make me clean up which is fine I guess but they said we are not welcome to stay in very disrespectful manner. I cleaned all up. I never being treated this way. He is just a kid. Kids sometimes have accident why they just not putting sign ny the tour NO KIDS !!!!!!! I am business owner from next door I pass by every day .Horrible place

I don't know who's grandmothers are in the kitchen but it's insanely delicious. Gotta be using cast iron...and real butter...probably lard too...it's just classic southern yumminess.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot your mouth will be watering from the aromas coming from the restaurant. The service was great, and fast! The food was so good! I had the fried pork chop with sides of creamy mac and cheese and collard greens.Was too full to try but the dessert options looked so good.

Great food with super friendly service. We host our early men's bible study there and come to love all of their breakfast items. It has the farmhouse feel and smiles to start your day. Hope to go back soon for lunch.

I took a friend of mine to lunch, it was his first time to the Midway Meal House. I had my favorite freid chicken with squash casserole, and pinto beans. Michael had the fried streak smothered in white gravy, vegetables, and corn bread and rolls. I love the sweet tea, but Michael indicated the coffee was outstanding! Our waitress was attentive, and insured we had everything we needed. $19 buck plus tip. My guest loved it, and I'll be back regularily - wife loves the meat loaf.

Biscuits and gravy, bacon, grits, and coffee served by a very friendly server. Great experience, I haven't been there since they had to remodel (ahem) and I'm glad to see it's still keeping the same high standards. Seated immediately and the kitchen was pretty quick even though my guest had a more complex meal. Highly recommend.
